Public Hearing Hertz - sculpture Representatives for Hertz Arena presented their plans for a 13.5-foot-tall stylized stainless-steel sculpture of an ice hockey player to be displayed on an 8-foot tall raised concrete pedestal. The sculpture will be lighted at night with lights within the concrete base pointing up on the sculpture. The sculpture is to be located at the arena’s southeast corner in the outdoor plaza.
