Planning & Zoning Board conducted a Public Hearing for South Estero Commercial Center on June 16, 2020
The applicant requested adding medical office use as a permitted use to an existing ± 7,000 square foot building. They are proposing a podiatrist office in the building, which formally housed Blockbuster Video and more recently the Athenian Academy School. There will be no changes to the exterior of the building; they will just be remodeling the inside of the building.
