The Planning & Zoning Board will conduct a public hearing for a request from the South Estero Commercial Center to add medical office use as a permitted use in an existing ± 7,000 square foot building. The building formally housed Blockbuster Video and more recently the Athenian Academy School. (update 6/8/2020 at 8:30 pm) TALLAHASSEE, Fla. — Today, the Florida Division of Emergency Management (FDEM) announced that three COVID-19 testing sites across the state have been created through a partnership between FDEM, Home Depot, and Quest Diagnostics. One site in Boca Raton has been open since May 29, and the other two sites will open on Tuesday, June 9, 2020, at noon.
