Lockwood House The meeting started with a short briefing on the Estero on the River property by Community Development Director Mary Gibbs and Public Works Director David Willems.  This is the 67-acre property off of US 41 and Corkscrew Road. The portion of the property south of the river will be rezoned for park and open space public use. The Village plans to construct walking trails as the first phase.
