The applicant is proposing a two-story Old Florida style 8,000-square foot building with a potential mix of commercial uses such as office, restaurant, retail or café and 950-square feet of outdoor seating under the building breezeway. The applicant was requesting approval of a development order for phase one of their project which consists of 141 lots at the north end of their site, along with their entry feature and gatehouse.
