The Planning & Zoning Board conducted a public hearing for the Shoppes at Coconut Point on Tuesday, April 16, 2019
The Shoppes at Coconut Point presented their plans to the Planning & Zoning Board on April 16. The applicant was requesting an amendment to the Coconut Point MPD/DRI to allow conversion of 6,000-square feet of retail to allow for rental of the 6,000-square feet for medical office space. This existing 25,000-square foot building is located at 8350 Hospital Drive, on the corner of Pelican Colony Boulevard and US 41. Joni and Joe Pavich (far right), J. Pavich Real Estate, recently presented a check to Three Oaks Elementary School Principal Jodi Moorhead (accepting the check) as part of Estero’s Education Initiative.
