Public Hearings Truist Bank Representatives for Truist Bank (formerly BBT Bank) were requesting approval for the removal of all existing (BBT) signage and the design of their new monument and directional signs internal to the project. AAAA PreK-8 school The Board will conduct three public hearings starting at 4:30 p.m., Tuesday.  The first is a request for approval of the Truist Bank monument and directional signs (formerly BBT Bank) located at 20280 Grand Oaks Shoppes Blvd. on the east side of Ben Hill Griffin Parkway. Public Hearings Corkscrew Crossing The Board started their meeting with a public hearing for Corkscrew Crossing.  The applicant was requesting approval of a development order for phase one of their project which consists of 141 lots at the north end of their site, along with their entry feature and gatehouse. Corkscrew Pines The Board started their meeting with a public hearing with representatives of Corkscrew Pines who are requesting amendments to the zoning and master concept plan which had been formerly approved by Lee County.    This 21-acre parcel is located on Corkscrew Road at the northeast corner of the Stoneybrook community between Stoneybrook Golf Drive and Firehouse Lane and north of Pinewoods Elementary School, across from Grandezza.    The amendment would allow a gas station/convenience store to operate 24 hours a day. The Board started their meeting conducting three public information meetings: West Bay Hill, Miromar Outlets and The Colonnade.
