The Village of Estero has hired Mary Gibbs to serve as the Village’s Community Development Director and Kathleen Hall to serve as the Village Clerk. Mary Gibbs recently retired from serving as the Director of Community Development for Lee County.  She had 30 years’ experience working with the County and during her tenure she had become known as a leader in one-stop permitting and other process efficiencies, including the expansion of electronic services.
