Meeting Agendas, Minutes, Videos and Transcripts
Agendas are posted at Village Hall and online the week prior to meetings. Minutes, video and transcripts are posted as they are available, usually within a business day. You may also contact the Executive Assistant at sacco@estero-fl.gov. For information on attending meetings, click here.
If you are having trouble with linked attachments, please check that you have the latest versions of the OS and browsers installed. Older iOS devices may no longer support links in attachments. Contact records@estero-fl.gov to obtain the attachments. To view videos, you must have a browser with Flash enabled.
If you desire to address the Council, please complete a Public Comment Card located on the table in the lobby and return it to the Clerk. Citizens desiring to speak must step up to the podium, state their full name and address and/or whom he or she represents, and complete their statement within three minutes.
ADA Assistance -Anyone needing special assistance at the Board meeting due to a disability or physical impairment, should contact Village Clerk Kathy Hall, at 239-221-5035, at least 48 hours prior to the meeting.
Pursuant to Section 286.0105, Florida Statutes: “If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the board, agency, or commission with respect to any matter considered at such meeting or hearing, he or she will need a recording of the proceeding, and that, for such purpose, he or she may need to ensure that a verbatim recording of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.”

Both agendas and attachments are frequently updated in the week prior to a meeting.
